Membership FAQs
Can I use either location with my membership?
Absolutely! The Razor Edge Touch-Free automatic and Fusion X automatic can both be used with 1 single membership RFID tag!
How do I add a family member to my current membership?
If you would like to add a family member to your existing account, you will need to contact or come in to our local office, otherwise you could risk having two separate billing cycles each month, instead of one collective bill for all family members.
How do I cancel my membership?
All cancellations must be made 7 days prior (or more) to the anniversary billing date by emailing superbodies@bresnan.net or visiting our local office.
I got a new car, what do I do?
Visit our local office and let us know that you currently have a membership, but you have a new vehicle and need to update your vehicle information, along with getting a new RFID tag installed. There will be a fee for the new tag, since the previous one will be destroyed upon removal.
What if I want to upgrade my membership?
You can call, email, or visit our local office and let us know. We can get that changed to whichever package you would like at any time.
Can I use this RFID Tag on more than one vehicle?
Unfortunately, no. Each RFID Tag Number is tied to a specific vehicle. The RFID stickers that we place on your windshield allow for that vehicle to pass into the car wash. We must issue one for each vehicle because once removed, the tag is ruined and will not scan properly.
Friction Machine FAQs
I'm afraid that the brushes will scratch my car; what do I do?
We get this question pretty often, and no, the machine will not scratch your car. Much like when washing in a handheld (self-serve) bay, the bristles that touch your vehicle might leave what is called "swirl marks". These are not scratches, they did not harm your paint, and they can be taken out with a simple buff-job. If you notice in the right lighting, these same marks can be made with just the swipe of a finger or hand on your vehicle, and they are very common. If these swirl marks are a concern for you, we'd suggest using our Touch-Free location.
I went into the automatic bay and nothing happened, what is the malfunction?
We get this question pretty frequently; and 9 times out of 10, the customer simply could not get the vehicle's tire correctly placed onto the Stop Pad. (We call it a Treadle.) The way to fix this issue is to enter the bay, and make sure your tires are centered within the metal guiders on the ground. Then, drive forward until the red STOP light turns on, or until your driver-front tire is placed onto the treadle. If the machine still does not start, please contact our local office.
